I. Core Glass Types
**Martini Glass / Cocktail Glass**
- Capacity: 120-240ml
- Features: V-shaped bowl, long stem
- Used for: Martinis, Cosmopolitans, Sidecars and other short drinks
- Principle: Wide mouth allows aroma to bloom, V-shape prevents hand warmth from heating the liquid, long stem for easy holding
**Highball Glass**

II. Glass Preparation
**Chilling**
- Method 1: Place glass in freezer for 30 minutes

**Frosting**

- Invert glass onto salt or sugar while rotating
